Surface coating operations in which paint is atomized inside the spray gun and by using pressurized air or gas is ejected toward the workpiece to create a surface coating of paint. Beskrivning The process The spray nozzle is constructed so that when compressed air or gas [1] led through the gun and out the nozzle it creates a negative pressure in the color supply [2], which sucks up and dispences it into the air stream. The high speed makes the color pulverized into microscopic droplets, atomized, and are projected towards the surface to be coated. There are a variety of spray nozzles available that provide various jets adapted to different needs.
