Bending process in which the sheet passes over a lower roll pair while being pressed by an upper roller which forces the sheet to bend. Beskrivning The process The workpiece is placed on top of the two lower rolls [1]. An upper roll [2] presses the sheet down between the other two rollers. This causes a plastic deformation, bending of the workpiece. The sheet is then fed through the process by the driven rolls and bent in this way continuously. To achieve the desired radius the process is repeated. A varied radius can be achieved by controlled rolling. Round bending of sheets
