Rzabak

The RZ Group (see cluster link below) is twelve mechanical workshops and a sales company in Norway with several common competencies, each of which specializes in unique methods and processes.

RZ ABAK's core competence consists of manufacturing welding structures built around bent pipes in small / medium-sized series where dimensions up to 154 mm are possible with pipe bending.

The products are often characterized by high quality requirements regarding, tolerances, purity and complexity. All pipe constructions that have a flow pressure in themselves are tested up to 450 bar and most pipes are surface treated with chrome plating or wet painting. Materials that RZ ABAK mainly works in are hydraulic and pressure vessel pipes, stainless steel and aluminum.

Our Technology Department has the resources to be able to take an idea for a finished product, e.g. based on a 3D model, calculate and prepare production drawings.

Pressure vessel calculations and CE marking are other examples of services our technical department can offer.
